Star Wars and EDM Fans Will Feel the Force at New Touring Concert Series, “STAR RAVE”

Jedi and Sith alike are invited to feel the force together on the dancefloor at a new series of Star Wars-themed raves.
The organizers of “STAR RAVE,” I3C Event Concepts and DEF ALIEN RECORDINGS, promise live electronic music alongside “movie-quality costumed characters, light saber glow sticks, massive LED screens featuring remixed edits from the Star Wars extended cinematic universe.”
In addition to the costumed actors, there will be a costume contest to encourage concertgoers to break out their best cosplay. The raves will be powered by DICE, with whom organizers partnered to handle ticketing operations.
“We are ecstatic to partner with DICE, a brand synonymous with innovation and excellence in live entertainment,” ROS, Founding Partner of I3C and DEF ALIEN I/O, tells EDM.com. “This collaboration marks a new era for this show, amplifying its reach and enriching the fan experience. Attendees all express the joy of stepping into a curated, sci-fi world filled with amazing music and well-thought-out visuals.”
The debut entry in the series was hosted in Atlanta, Georgia late last year. A YouTube video they shared shows plenty of cosplayers getting down to electronic remixes of Star Wars music, flanked by decorations inspired by the most iconic sci-fi franchise on this planet.
At the time of this writing, STAR RAVE is slated to conquer a number of cities across the galaxy, including Atlanta, Brooklyn, Jacksonville and Houston. While fans shouldn’t expect festival circuit headliners, organizers have promised their DJs will play everything from tech house to riddim.
STAR RAVE will return on February 22nd, 2025 at the appropriately-named Emperor’s Warehouse in Tampa. You can learn more about the series and purchase tickets here.
